Laser Rejuvenation and Resurfacing
Laser Resurfacing (Scar)
Our desire to stay young contributes to the creation of a huge number of services anti-age direction. The most popular methods have long been peels and dermabrasion – methods of chemical and mechanical exfoliation. However, the latest developments in the field of laser technology today provides a more long-term and scientifically proven method of restoring the natural beauty of the skin. Their unique characteristics allow for more precise and precise control of the process of skin exposure.
Laser resurfacing and skin rejuvenation procedures can be performed either ablative (skin-damaging) with an Er:YAG laser or non-ablative (preserving skin integrity) with a Nd:YAG laser, depending on the specific aesthetic outcome request that the patient and the doctor performing the procedure want to achieve. In addition, ablative and non-ablative techniques can also be combined into a comprehensive rejuvenation procedure such as the TwinLight® FOTONA Fractional Rejuvenation System.
What is the special feature of TwinLight® FOTONA rejuvenation procedure?
The revolutionary and key feature of the TwinLight® FOTONA method of fractional rejuvenation is that laser light precisely targets skin imperfections, leaving the surrounding healthy skin intact. The heat from the laser energy stimulates the production of new collagen at the dermis level, and the surrounding untreated skin is turned on and accelerates the rejuvenation process.

Who is suitable for the TwinLight® FOTONA fractional rejuvenation procedure?
It is the use of a fractional beam for skin rejuvenation that will help to simulate the effect that fully meets your patient’s expectations. It provides a maximum degree of control and efficiency, allowing you to precisely change the parameters of your skin. Treatments can range from a mild refreshing effect to a deep collagen reconstruction, ideal for patients who desire a radical rejuvenation effect but do not trust aggressive surgical or chemical alternatives. This procedure is suitable for all skin types and tones with minimal patient recovery time.
How is the procedure performed?
Stage 1 – Conditioning: A beam of neodymium energy passes over the surface of the skin twice. The first pass provides brief stimulation; the second pass penetrates the tissue, causing deep FRAC3® heating and optimizing the skin for effective fractional treatment therapy.
Step 2 – Fractional therapy: the powerful energy of the Erbium laser creates precise channels of micro-damage, which triggers an enhanced regeneration process and replaces old, age-damaged skin with new, denser and healthier skin.
Step 3 – Peeling: the final stage – removal of superficial defects using the light beam of the Erbium laser.
