Payment for products
The price of products on the website is indicated in Euro (€), but payment is made in Moldovan Lei (MDL) at the NBM rate on the day of payment.
Payment for products on the website www.holyland.md is made:
- by means of bank cards (VISA ELECTRON/VISA CLASIC/MAESTRO/MASTER CARD) through online payment service of Moldova Agroindbank (maib);
- by means of the paynet.md service.
Visa / MasterCard
Payment by credit card is one of the most common payment methods, as you can easily make it directly from your computer or phone.
In the payment form, you will need to fill in the indicated fields using the information indicated on your card, for example:
- Card number
- Expiration date (month, year)
- Name of card holder
- Billing address
How to pay? Delivery
Add the desired products to the “Cart” by clicking the “Buy” button on the card of the corresponding product.
You will be redirected to the basket, where you can edit the type and quantity of the desired product, after which you should click on the “Checkout” button.
You will need to enter the data in the proposed form to make a payment.
Select the payment method and click “Confirm Order”.
In the fields where you are asked for an address, you must specify the billing address – the address where the bank account is registered.
If the delivery address is not the same as the address where the bank account is registered, specify the delivery address in the corresponding fields in the “Delivery to another address?” section.
Delivery throughout Moldova is free of charge and performed by Poșta Moldovei postal service.
Delivery time: 1 to 5 working days from the date of placing the order.
What to do if the payment has not been transferred?
If the payment was not transferred within one business day, please contact support. To resolve this issue, please provide the following information about yourself:
- account number;
- payment method of your choice;
- amount entered for account replenishment.
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days after purchasing it.
To make a return or exchange of goods, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com and include the above information as well as the reason for the return or exchange. Your application will be processed within 5 (five) business days.
